All orders are shipped via USPS

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Please allow 2-7 Business Days After orders have been shipped for delivery.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via the email provided.

If you provide an incorrect shipping address on your order we are not responsible for lost packages if you do not email us immediately.

If your order is stating billing discrepancy (different zip code for shipping & billing) it may result in delays.

XELA is not liable for any products lost/stolen or any packages that have been marked as delivered!

International Orders:

We do offer International shipping. Please allow 6 - 15 business days to receive orders. Shipping costs will be added at checkout. Once your item has been shipped you will receive tracking information. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country or for any orders lost in transit.


• Returned within 7 business days of receipt of receiving your order.
• In original packaging, unworn condition, free of make-up stains and free of odor, Tag intact.

Shipping: Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the return back to Xela Shop and for re-shipping for exchanges.

Exchange Processing time: Once we have received your package, your exchanged will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately via email .

We will only exchange an item if it arrives Damaged OR it doesn’t fit!
